I've always believed that growth begins the moment we're willing to step into the unknown.
Born in Lima, Peru, into a family with Peruvian and Italian roots, I spent my childhood in the coastal city of Miramar, Argentina, where I developed a deep appreciation for nature, the ocean, sports, and creativity. Returning to Peru as a teenager exposed me to a very different reality, teaching me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of genuine human connections. Every place I've called home has broadened not only my worldview but also the way I approach people, business, and change.
Long before my international career began, another experience quietly shaped who I am. While earning my university degree, I worked full-time to finance my education, balancing long commutes, demanding responsibilities, and the pressure of maintaining the grades needed to keep my scholarship. Those years taught me that resilience isn't built through extraordinary moments, but through discipline, consistency, and showing up every day — even when the path isn't easy.
That same curiosity eventually took me to Spain, where completing my master's degree and experiencing life in Europe reinforced a lesson that has stayed with me ever since: opportunities rarely appear by chance; they grow when we're willing to pursue them. In 2019, that mindset led me to Sweden through an international opportunity with Tetra Pak. What I expected to be a two-year assignment became a defining chapter of my life. Navigating a global organization through a pandemic, organizational transformation, and evolving business priorities challenged me professionally while confirming something deeply personal — Malmö had become home. Along the way, I also built something I never expected: a community of friends who became family.
Today, I thrive at the intersection of strategy, communication, technology, and business transformation. I'm energized by solving complex problems, bringing structure to ideas, connecting people around a common vision, and helping organizations navigate change with clarity and purpose. Outside work, you'll usually find me on a padel or squash court, occasionally at a boxing bootcamp, reading, playing the piano, or enjoying conversations about business, philosophy, and the questions that don't have simple answers.
If there's a common thread running through my story, it isn't the countries I've lived in or the roles I've held. It's the belief that every new experience has the potential to expand how we think, how we lead, and how we contribute. That's the perspective I bring to every team, every challenge, and every opportunity to create meaningful and lasting impact.
